You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for non-personalized goods within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last goods. by means of a clear, express written statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired. The customer shall bear the costs of returning the goods.

Personalized goods are excluded from cancellation/exchange.
This concerns:

▫️all personalized engravings.

▫️Rings, as these are personalized according to the customer's desired size.

▫️Earrings cannot be exchanged for hygienic reasons.

Ring size changes
can be made retrospectively for a flat rate. Simply book the RING SIZE CHANGE here, select the appropriate piece and send it to us for alteration with insured shipping.

The flat rate for ring resizing includes the ring resizing, as well as the processing and repackaging. The insured shipping back to the buyer is at the buyer's expense.

Exchanges during promotions such as Black Friday
Exchanges, cancellations or any changes to jewelry in combination with competitions and promotions are excluded. All orders from the BLACK FRIDAY promotion cannot be exchanged - regardless of the personalization of the jewelry.

Each piece is unique
Natali Vogel | Jewelry produces exclusively unique pieces made by hand.
The pictures are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from actual items, as no two pieces are exactly alike.

Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, excluding delivery costs, promptly and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

If the goods can be sent by parcel, you must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you notify us that you have cancelled this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of goods if, due to their nature, they have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.
