We usually need 10 - 20 working days if the product is not in stock or needs to be specially made

Shipping & Shipping Time
- Shipping is done by parcel with DHL

Shipping within Germany: usually takes 1-2 days
Shipping to Austria: usually takes 2-3 days
International Shipping: depends on the parcel service

Shipping to Switzerland usually takes 3-7 working days. Due to possible customs clearance, shipping may take longer.

We send every package within Germany FREE OF SHIPPING COSTS.

(Repairs, small goods & service items under 100€ are charged at 6.90€.)

High-value packages are sent insured by courier. This is done with a delivery date and consultation with the customer.

Special Service in case of loss
Delivery is made as an insured package with DHL to the delivery address provided by the customer. If the package is lost in the mail, Natali Vogel | Schmuck will initiate an investigation. If the investigation is unsuccessful, Natali Vogel | Schmuck will replace the contents of the package at 100% at company expense.
