You have 14 days from the date of shipment to exchange an item. The piece of jewelry must be unworn and not personalized.

We would be happy to alter your piece of jewelry according to your wishes. Please contact us for this.

Simply send us an email or a call and send your package back. We will take care of your change or refund IMMEDIATELY.

General information about exchanges:
We are happy to shorten, lengthen or repair yours - simply book an alteration. We will alter your piece of jewellery exactly as you wish.

Earrings cannot be exchanged for hygienic reasons.
